Celebrating You with Dainty Delight

By | January 23, 2023

Good Afternoon Crafters!

Today’s projects features the delicate Dainty Delight Bundle which includes the Dainty Delight Stamp Set and Dainty Delight Dies. I love the small and very delicate looking flowers on this stamp set and the coordinating Delicate Flowers 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper is to die for! Did you know that you can get the DSP FREE with your $50.00 purchase from Stampin’ Up! If you don’t already have the Dainty Delight Bundle, buy that for $54.75 and then get the coordinating DSP for FREE!

Dainty Delight

The flower image (large and small image) were stamped with Tuxedo Black on Basic White Thick Cardstock. I then colored them with the following Stampin’ Blends:

  • Daffodil Delight
  • Fresh Freesia
  • Blushing Bride Stampin’ Write Marker
  • Old Olive for the leaves

The greeting was stamped with Tuxedo Black Ink on Basic White Thick Cardstock and then cut with the Layering Circles Dies. I stamped a splatter image from Gorgeous Leaves with Fresh Freesia Ink and because there was a little smudging on the greeting, I added butterflies from the retired Butterfly Gems Embellishments.

I embossed the background cardstock with the retired Greenery Embossing Folder and then added a Vellum Cardstock panel to the front. It was die cut with the Stitched Rectangle dies.

Inside of card – I stamped off the image before stamping on the Basic White Cardstock. The sentiment was stamped with Tuxedo Black Ink.

I used coordinating DSP for the envelope flap. Thanks to Mary from Stamps-n-Lingers, I no longer believe in naked envelopes!😊😊😊

Thanks again for stopping by and spending a bit of your time with me. I hope you enjoyed learning about how this card came together. Hopefully you were even inspired just a bit. If you enjoyed my project for today, please be sure to visit my Card Gallery for lots of ideas and inspiration. Have a great day!
