Top Note

This project was so quick and easy to make – it took me less than 30 minutes to complete.  The two sides were made using the Top Note Die Cut.  The center is a small white bag I picked up at Wal-mart.

• Paper:  Whisper White, Bravo Burgundy, Berry Bliss DSP (SU Retired)
• Ink:  Bravo Burgundy
• Accessories:  Window Punch, Top Note Die Cut, Small Oval Punch, Medium Oval Punch, Bravo Burgundy Grosgrain Ribbon, Flower Pink Brad
