Today's card features the Sweet Pea Stitched Felt pieces which gives this card a whimsical touch.   Doesn't this make such a cute card!  I absolutely love it and the felt pieces that make the card.  Now I can't wait to get my hands on the Sweet Pea Designer Series Paper Stack which coordinates with these felt pieces.

The paper is Tall Tales Designer Series Paper and complements the Pretty in Pink card stock. I ran the card stock through the Big Shot using the Perfect Polka Dots Textured Impressions Folder which is in the Occasions Mini Catalog and will be available for purchase on 5 January 2010.

The felt ribbon is Chocolate Chip and is retired.  I'm not sure when it was offered but I think it was about two years ago in the Holiday mini.  The ribbon picks up the Chocolate Chip from the center of the flower.

Tip:  Use Crystal Effects to glue the felt pieces together.  It will stay glued together forever!  Isn't this such a cute flower.  No, I did not sew the stitching on the flower and leaves – that's the way they come in the package. 

 

I ran a piece of Whisper White card stock through the Big Shot using the Lots of Tags Sizzlits die and then stamped the sentiment in Pretty in Pink Classic Ink.  The sentiment is from the Well Scripted Stamp Set which is available in both the clear mounted and wood mounted versions and is also in the Occasions Mini Catalog.
