Today’s card features the gorgeous Dragonfly Garden Stamp Set Bundle. I combined it with the Dandy Gardens Designer Series Paper.
Card Measurements:
- Base Card: Whisper White Cardstock (8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″) fold in half
- Next Layer: Dandy Garden DSP (5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″)
- Scallop Oval: Bumblebee Cardstock (4″ x 3″)
- Oval: Whisper White Cardstock (4″ x 3″)
- Greetings: Whisper White Cardstock (2 1/2″ x 1 1/2″)
- Dragonflies: Vellum Paper (3″ x 2″) 2x
- Small dragonfly and leaves (scrap DSP)
The dragonfly images were stamped with Black Tuxedo Ink and allowed to dry for about 2 hours. If you are pressed for time, you can use the Heat Tool if you use the low settings on the tool. They were then colored on the opposite side so that I didn’t smear the black ink. I used the following colors:
- Calypso Light Stampin’ Blends Marker
- Blackberry Bliss Light Stampin’ Blends Marker
- Bubblebee Stampin’ Write Marker
- Wink of Stella Clear
Because I was going to use Stampin’ Dimensionals on the vellum Dragonflies, I decided to color the dimensionals so that they would not show.
