Beautiful Season

Hi Stampin' Friends

Larry, a very close friend, has been visiting us for the past 10 days and while he is here, we go out to dinner quite often.  Lordy, I will miss him when he leaves next week because I'll have to go back to cooking!

I finally broke down and started making Christmas cards.  Before now, it was just too early for me.  I've ordered several new Christmas stamp sets and will play around with the ones I do have until the new ones arrive.

For today's card, I'm using the Beautiful Season Stamp Brush Set.  I printed it out on Naturals Card Stock and die cut using the Retired Oval Original Die.   The leaves were colored in using an Aqua Painter and Garden Green Classic Stampin' Pad.  The rhinestones were colored red using a red Sharpie Pen.  I left the bird grey and black because the major of the birds in our area are Chick A Dees.

The back ground (Real Red Card Stocck) was embossed using the Holiday Frame Embossing Folder from the Holiday Catalog.

Sorry I am not able to list the supplies used to make this card – I'm getting ready for Charlene's private class this evening.

Thanks for stopping by today
