Good Afternoon Crafters!
How are you this fine icy and cold day? I think that winter’s been a little colder than usual or maybe it’s because I’m getting older.😊 But, staying indoors is a good excuse to work on more crafting projects which I absolutely love to do! For today’s post, I am using the Nature’s Harvest Bundle along with the Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper. I’ve used this paper so much this that I am now working on my second package. I hope you’ve enjoyed the projects using this awesome pattern paper!
I love the combination of Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive colors – they are so rich and vibrant! I picked up these colors from the awesome Dainty Flowers DSP.
The image was stamped with Tuxedo Black Ink onto 100% Water Color Paper. I then colored in the image with Rich Razzleberry Ink for the flowers and Old Olive Ink for the leaves and stems with a Water Painter. The bottom of the front frame was stamped with the splatter image using Old Olive Ink stamping off first to get a lighter image.
The sentiment is from the Special Moments Stamp Set and was stamped with Rich Razzleberry Ink. The green twine is retired and didn’t have a name on the spool.
This is the inside of the card. The flowers (from the DSP) were fussy cut with Paper Snips.
And of course, no naked envelopes for me!
Thanks again for stopping by and spending a bit of your time with me. I hope you enjoyed learning about how this card came together. Hopefully you were even inspired just a bit. If you enjoyed my project for today, please be sure to visit my Card Gallery for lots of ideas and inspiration. Have a great day!
