Good Afternoon Crafters!

Add a splash of rain to your projects using the Rain or Shine 12″ x 12″ Specialty Designer Series Paper. This paper has a touch of glossy coating on some designs, giving a realistic rain effect. This paper features both soft and bright colors, and fun patterns as well as flowery and rainy designs that can be used as card backgrounds.

Rain or Shine DSP

This double fun fold cards features an accordion fold section and a front flap fun fold over. It is quick and super easy to make.

To create the base, take a 11″ x 4 1/4″ piece of Basic White Thick Cardstock. Score on the long side at 1 1/4″, 1 3/4″, 2 3/4″, 8 1/4″ 9 1/4″ and 9 3/4″ to create the accordion section.

Fold on the score lines to create the accordion effect. To create the section that fold over the center, cut a 1 3/4″ x 8 1/2″ piece of Basic White Cardstock and score at 4 1/4″ and fold. Attach to center of the back of the card base between the accordion folds.

Inside after it’s been decorated.

The image was fussy cut with Paper Snips from the Rain or Shine DSP. The circles are from the Stylish Shapes Dies and the Layering Circles Dies.
