Winter Post

Hi Stampers

Before I get to today's card, I wanted to remind you about the following:

I'm back to making Christmas Cards.  Today's card features the Winter Post Brush Set  Digital Download.  The gift cards were made using the Winter Post Stamp Set.

Winter-Post copy
Since the card was for my daughter Deena and her husband and the gift cards for my grandchildren, I decided to coordinate both using Winter Post.  I bet you can tell that the one in the middle is for my granddaughter.

Winter-Post-Card
I printed out the main image on Confetti Cream Card Stock.  I used Cherry Cobbler for the sentiment and Chocolate Chip for the snowflake and skaters.  Both the Confetti Cream Card Stock and Crumb Cake Card Stock were torn at the bottom to add to the vintage look.  The ribbon used is Cherry Cobbler 1/2 Seam Binding (I love that ribbon!).  This was layered on Deck the Halls Designer Series Paper and then adhered to the Crumb Cake Card Stock (Base Card).

Winter-Post-Gift-Holders
The gifts cards were made using the Top Note Bigz Die on Confetti Cream Card Stock.  The bottom half was made using Crumb Cake and Deck the Halls Designer Series Paper.  The sentiments were stamped using Chocolate Chip for the post card and Cherry Cobbler for the Dec 25 tag.  The flowers were punched out using the Boho Blossoms Extra-Large Punch.  After punching them out, I used the Bone Folder to break down the fibers until I could split the flowers in half.  I then had six flowers instead of the three.  I then wrinkled them up before using my Paper Piercing Tool to punch a hole in the middle.  A Rhinestone Brad was used to anchor the flowers to the DSP.    The snowflakes are from the Merry Details Sizzlits Die and added to the DSP using Stampin' Dimensionals.  The ribbon for my granddaughter's gift card is Chantilly 1/2 Crochet Trim.

Thanks for stopping by today
