I don't remember any one more specific than another off the top of my head but yesterday's St. Patty's Day was pretty good! The week before my MIL had made the tradtional meal of corned beef, potatoes, cabbage and carrots. Her son (my husband) just had to have some more so we bought the ingredients and she made the meal again and brought it over. Then we all went to a local college to watch my son compete in a robotics competition. We had a full day! P.S. I also tried my hand at making St. Patty's treats using small, black, plastic pots filling it with rainbow Twizzlers and chocolate coins on one end and a cotton candy cloud on the other. They turned out pretty cute!!
