Today’s card features the Forever Fern Stamp Set Bundle (no longer available as bundle but you can purchase individually). It’s for a special friend who is going through a difficult time.
Card Measurements:
- Base card: Merry Merlot Cardstock 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″.
- Next Layer: Very Vanilla Cardstock 5 1/2″ x 3 1/2″
- Top Layer: Vellum Cardstock 5 1/8″ x 4″
- Leaf 1: Beauty of the Earth Designer Series Paper 4″ x 3 1/2″
- Leaf 2: Cinnamon Cider Cardstock 3 1/2″ x 3 1/2″
- Leaf 3: Merry Merlot Cardstock 3″ x 1″
- Leaf 4: Old Olive Cardstock: 3″ x 1″
What I did:
- Base card: Fold in half using the Bone Folder for a sharper crease.
- Next layer: Emboss panel with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder to give it a little interest. Adhere to base card with Multi-purpose Liquid Glue.
- Top Layer: Spritz Vellum with the retired Color Spritzer Tool and the Cinnamon Cider Stampin’ Write Marker (upper left and lower right). Attach to card with our liquid glue – add glue in spots that will be covered by the leaves.
- Die cut a large leaf from the Forever Flourishing dies using the Beauty of the Earth Designer Series Paper.
- Using various leaf dies, die cut leaves using Cinnamon Cider, Old Olive and Merry Merlot Cardstock. Adhere all leaves to front of card with our liquid glue. See photo for placement.
- Add ribbon.
- Stamp leaf on lower right hand corner on Very Vanilla Envelope.
