Stampin’ Up! For All Things

By | October 11, 2014

We had our last cup of coffee on the back deck this morning.  Fall is here and it’s too cold (and dark!) at 7 am to enjoy our coffee outside.  The leaves have begun to turn – love the autumn in this area.

Simple expressions of gratitude can be the most heartfelt. The down-to-earth For All Things clear- and wood-mount stamps will turn your thoughts to the traditions of fall like enjoying the crisp air and crunching through piles of leaves.

6-DSC03985-001The leaves were stamped with Blackberry Bliss, Tangelo Twist and Hello Honey Classic Ink on Very Vanilla Card Stock.  I embossed some lines for the vines and when that didn’t show up like I wanted them to I went over the lines with the Blackberry Bliss, Tangelo Twist and Hello Honey Stampin’ Write Markers.

I then cut the leaves with Paper Snips.

The Naturals Ivory Card Stock was embossed using the Woodgrain Embossing Folder and the spritzed with the retired Color Tool Spritzer and Tangelo Twist Stampin’ Write Marker.

I used the Burlap 1 1/4″ Ribbon, the Venetian Crochet Trim and a strip of the Color Me Autumn Designer Series to the card some interest.  The sentiment was stamped with Blackberry Bliss Classic Ink and punched out with the Modern Label Punch.
