Sailing Home
Today’s post features the Sailing Home Stamp Set. It’s for a dear friend’s husband who is having surgery.
The images was stamped with Night of Navy Ink onto Thick Basic White Cardstock. I then ran it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using the new cute whimsical Stitched with Whimsy Dies. The irregular edges look like they were cut freehand and have cute decorative stitching
To finish off the card, I spritzed using the Night of Navy Stampin’ Write Marker and the retired Color Spritzer Tool. Pretty cool tool and it’s one of the things I will keep forever!
Card Measurements:
- Base card: Night of Navy Cardstock (8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″) fold in half
- Next Layer: Cherry Cobbler Cardstock (5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″)
- Pattern Paper: Wrapped in Plaid DSP (5 1/4″ x 4″)
- Front Layer: Basic White Thick Cardstock (4 3/4″ x 3 1/2″)
