A: Twice per month:
- 1st Tuesday of the month – main newsletter (containing 65-70% information and 30-35% solicitation) (11:00 am your time)
- 3rd Tuesday of the month – mid-month e-mail. Just one item. It can be a solicitation, but it should have some time-sensitivity or urgency to it.
