Merry Christmas

I hope you don't get tired of Christmas cards.  I will be making them throughout the year.  I belong to the Stamping Christmas All Year Long Divas and we make a card once a week (we have a hard taskmaster (LOL)!  Seriously, it's one way to stay on top of all the Christmas cards I make every season (or least try and make!).  Check out their site to see what the other… Read More »

Coffee with Friends, SC218

This card is for the Splitcoast Stampers Wednesday Sketch Challenge #SC218.  If you would like to participate in this week’s sketch challenges, click here. The stamp is from Flourishes, another of my favorite stamp online store.  The smallest flowers is so pretty and dainty though you cannot see it in the photo.  It was in a package that was 50% off at my LSS.  I can’t believe that it was… Read More »

Girl Scouts Birthday

March 12, Girl Scout Birthday commemorates the day in 1912 when Juliette Gordon Low officially registered the organization's first 18 girl members in Savannah, Georgia. Since my granddaughter is in the girl scouts, I thought I would help her celebrate by offering one free box of cookies to anyone who places an order between today and Friday.  No minimum required but one box of cookies per order.  Note:  Available to local… Read More »

Listen Honey

I own several of these Emerson Quillin stamps and I call them my ladies.  Whenever I'm feeling sassy, I bring them out.  This one reminds me of one of the first resolutions I broke this year!  I was going to try and exercise every day but it seems things just keep getting in the way.  I'm down to every other day which is probably more reasonable.   I don't have a… Read More »

Is Spring here???

The weather for the last couple of days has been amazing.  I'd swear Spring has arrived.  I noticed that the some of the trees in Rogers were blooming today. This is a digital stamp!  I purchased this from Worldwide Printable Stamps.  Isn't it pretty?  I don't know what kind of flower it is but it is pretty!  It is so easy to use digital stamps and I've become… Read More »

Lovely as a Tree

I had not used this stamp set in a long, long time and yet it is one of my favorites!  I am low on male birthday cards and thought the tree would be very appropriate.  That and the plaid background – love this paper.  It's called Prestwick and it's retired. One of the things I like about the Stampin' Up! stamps is the details on each stamp.  If you look very closely you can… Read More »
