Full Moon Halloween

I ran across this stamp set on Facebook and it was sooo cute, I had to make the card even it wasn’t a Stampin’ Up! stamp set. Wetlands

Time for a masculine card.  I used the Wetlands Stamp Set because I wanted a clean and simple design.
