Full Moon Halloween

I ran across this stamp set on Facebook and it was sooo cute, I had to make the card even it wasn’t a Stampin’ Up! stamp set.

I used the retired Rich Razzleberry Blendabilities assortment to color in the witch’s pants/skirt.  The card stock is Very Vanilla Card Stock and Rich Razzleberry Card Stock.  The DSP is the Happy Haunting Designer Series Paper from the Holiday Catalog.
