Glass Santa

Today’s card features the Glass Santa digital image from Power Poppy.  This Santa reminds me of the old fashion Christmas tree ornaments back when I was young. I colored in the images using various copic markers from Scrapbookpal.com.  The background was embossed using the Cozy Knit Embossing Folder from Fun Stampers Journey. The fancy oval die (beaded ovals) is from Spellbinders but I couldn’t find it on their database so… Read More »

Small Things

Today’s card features the Small Things Stamp Set from Fun Stampers Journey.  It’s for my daughter, Stephanie, who is graduating from college.  She loves butterflies and the color purple. I had the idea in my head on what I wanted it to look like but after about 3 tries, I finally got it!  I kept adding colors such a blue or a green and it just didn’t look right so… Read More »

Happy Holiday Ornaments

I decided to do something different for today’s card.  I am using non-traditional colors for the Happy Holiday Ornaments Stamp Set & Die from Spellbinders.  The card was cased from the Spellbinders website. I didn’t have a solid Gold Washi Tape so I used Brushed Gold card stock instead.  I’d like to buy some solid gold washi tape.  Do you know where I could buy some?  The ornament was colored… Read More »

Naughty or Nice!

Today’s post features the Naughty or Nice Steel Rule Die.  I bought it during the Spellbinders/FSJ Holiday Hoopla. The pattern is from the Cozy Prints Paper Pad (FSJ) and the top part of the stocking (printed musical notes) is from Hobby Lobby.  I also cut out the berry and leaves from the same paper pad using our Amazing Detailed Pro Shears.  Are you familiar with our 4.5″ shears?  They are… Read More »

Merry christmas Pocket Pup

Pocket Pup ATS Stamp retired last year from Fun Stampers Journey but since my granddaughter, Sydney, has a chihuahua I decided to keep it.  She is away at college and I like sending her cards with this stamp.  This will be her Christmas card this year. The image was stamped with Black Licorice Ink onto Whip Cream Card Stock.  It was then colored in using Copic Markers.  I then die… Read More »
