Congratulations to my granddaughter, Rachel

Good Afternoon Crafters! Hope you had a wonderful weekend. We did – my youngest granddaughter, Rachel, graduated from high school at age 16 ❤️👩‍🎓🎈🎊🎉. She is taking a gap year before going off to college – I am so glad because I still see her as a little girl! Since SU did not have any graduation stamp sets, I used a non-SU stamp with her high school colors (black/gold). Inks… Read More »

Small Things

Today’s card features the Small Things Stamp Set from Fun Stampers Journey.  It’s for my daughter, Stephanie, who is graduating from college.  She loves butterflies and the color purple. I had the idea in my head on what I wanted it to look like but after about 3 tries, I finally got it!  I kept adding colors such a blue or a green and it just didn’t look right so… Read More »

Bravo Grad

I used the Bravo Grad Stamp Set and the Hats Off Die Set for today’s card. It’s for my granddaughter, Felicia, and I wanted to personalize it so I created the background (name of her school) using a computer. I also colored in the Heart Sparkle Drop and the rhinestones green with a sharpie.  Her school’s colors are green and black. Well that makes five grandchildren that have graduated and… Read More »

Happy Birthday Rachel

This is the reason I make cards!   When I make cards for my kids, grandkids and close friends, I always personalize it which means I may buy outside Stampin’ Up! for that perfect image.  In this case, I found a digital image of a DJ (my grandson Tanner’s hobby) and made a card for his birthday.  You can view it here.    I received a text from my grandson below thanking… Read More »
