I cased this card from a video on the demo only Stampin' Up! website. It was also in the latest demo only Stampin' Success Magazine.
The technique is called double embossing and I'll be teaching this at the next New Techniques Class scheduled for 1 July 2011. I'll have all the information up on the class schedule in the next couple of days.
