You can either order online and I'll reimburse you via check or paypal or you can e-mail me with your wish list and I'll send you an invoice.  You can then pay with a cc, paypal or a check.  If you pay with a check, I will not place your order until your check clears.  Your check must reach me by 25 May 2011.
