Today’s card features the adorable Kids Dream Bundle Stamp Set.
The directions on how to make the background (technique: Dapple Background) are contained in the Supply List.
The images were colored using our amazing Journey Color Burst Pencils. I added Sparkle Silk to the star to make it sparkle! The Rhinestones were colored using a Blue Sharpie.
