Hoppy Easter

Hoppy-Easter copy

I'm having too much fun creating Easter Cards this year!  I keep seeing such neat ones in the different blogs I visited on a daily basis.  In fact, I think I spend too much time surfing my favorite blogs (KWIM?).  This card was inspired by one that Leslie Miller (Running with Scissors) did for Flourishes Stamps.

The color that looks like Cameo Coral is really Regal Rose.  I tried adjusting the color in Picasa and Adobe Photoshop but I couldn't get it right.  The pattern paper I've had for about a year and it's by 3 Bugs in a Rug.  The sentiment and bunny next to the sentiment are computer generated.

Recipe:

  • Stamp:  None
  • Paper:  Whisper White, Regal Rose, Chocolate Chip
  • Ink:  None
  • Accessories:  Lace Border Punch, Medium Oval Punch, Rose Grosgrain Ribbon, Oval Nestabilities, Wizard, Rhinestone from Wal-Mart

Thanks for visiting!

Those papers and colors are wonderful! I love the egg you created! Love the embossed background you added!

I love the way you used the punched scalloped edges on the egg. Beautiful card!
