High Tide Stampin’ Up!

High Tide Sympathy-001

Today I’m sharing the popular new stamp set, High Tide.   It’s one of my favorite sets  because it’s a sea theme – we are ex-sailors and loved to sail the area between Ventura County and the Channel Islands.  When we moved to Northwest Arkansas, we brought our sailboard but lake sailing is not as exciting as ocean sailing.

The stamp set has several supportive cheerful greetings but I wanted a calming and comforting greeting so I selected one from the retired  Seasonal Sayings Stamp Set.

High-Tide2

The sky was lightly sponged using Marina Mist Classic Ink and our Stampin’ Sponges.  The ocean was stamped also using the Marina Mist Classic Ink.

The seagulls and greetings was stamped with Basic Black Archival Ink.
