Well, I’m on the new word press blog so it will be a learning curve for a while as I learn to navigate through the new platform.  Wish me luck!  Note:  Click on the pictures to get a larger/clear image!

Today’s card is for my granddaughter who has turned 13 or should I say 13 going on 30.  She is your typical teenager and I love her to death.  I wanted to make her a girly card but she is not that type though she does like to shop (as do most teenage girls) and I thought this image would be perfect for her.

The image is a non-SU digital image and was printed on Very Vanilla Card Stock using the My Digital Studio.  The image was then cut out using the new Oval Framelits.   I’m using the color theme of her birthday party.  The DSP is from the Brights and Neutrals Collection Designer Series Paper Stacks.  The skirt and shopping bags were paper pieced using the same DSP.
