This was cased from a card on the Stampin' Up! bog.  I don't know who made it but it is definitely someone like Shelli would create!  It's beautiful and perfect for my beautiful daughter.

I did not change a thing — even the sewing down the center of the heart is the same – and sewing is not something I usually do!

I don't know if you can see it in this picture but I even used the Viola Lace Stampin' Around Builder Wheel even when I didn't have the Builder Wheel Spindle And Spacers!  I just used my hand to guide the wheel.
