For our heroes

This post will stay at the top until Tuesday, 26 May 2009.   Please scroll down for the latest cards and projects.

Because of your bravery, courage, and sacrifice,

Liberty and freedom are still ours. We are deeply grateful

Memorial day should be a time of reflection, remembering those who have gone before us, paying the ultimate sacrifice for freedom, their lives.

Cards-for-heroes

These two cards are going to the Cards for Heroes.  I thought I would make one for a male and one for a female soldier.

This weekend starting on Saturday, 23 May 2009 at 12:00pm (Pacific Time), there will be a blog hop starting at Cards for Heroes. At that time a giant button will appear – linking to the first blog and that blog will link to the next…and so on! Hop from one blog to the next and leave a comment when you feel inspired by the card, the patriotism or anything at all.

Leave a comment on this blog and your name will be entered to win the stamp set "Holiday & Wishes" from Stampin' Up!. I will draw a name on Tuesday, 26 May 2009 and announce the winner on this blog that date.
