Food for Thought

I received a call this morning from a new customer who was interested in purchasing some products and also interested in attending my classes.

She lives in Bella Vista and found me through my blog.  For those of you who have a blog, it's important to update your blog on a consistent basis.  For those who do not have a blog, perhaps now is the time to start thinking of one!

Have a great Memorial weekend!
