Decorating Eggs

Decorating-Eggs copy

Isn't that stamp image so cute!  I just love the expressions on the rabbits and chick's faces!  It's called Decorating Eggs and is from Victoria Case Art Designs.  The image was stamped in black using Versafine Black Onyx on watercolor paper (Arches Hot Pressed 140lb).  That my favorite for watercoloring because it is so smooth. I stamped it again on scratch paper to mask the main image so that I could lightly sponge around it using Bashful Blue.  The rabbit was colored in using Going Gray reinker and a watercolor brush.  The chick was colored using Summer Sun and More Mustard.

Recipe:

  • Stamp:  Decorating Eggs from Victoria Case Art Designs
  • Paper:  Bashful Blue, Watercolor paper, Doodlebug design, inc Spring Garden pattern paper
  • Ink:  Versafine Black Onyx,
  • Accessories: Reinkers (Bashful Blue, Summer Sun, More Mustard, Pretty in Pink, Going Gray, Certainly Celery, Lavender Lace),  Soft Subltes Buttons, Light Blue Gingham Ribbon, Square and Square Scalloped Nestabilities, Wizard
