Age Happens

It's time again for the Emerson girls!  I love these images!  They are by Emerson and are from the American Art Stamp website.  At least, that where I buy them because they have a large selection.  I know that they are also available at Hobby Lobby but they only have two or three of them and for the last couple of years, it's been the same three. The image was… Read More »

Computer generated sentiments

I don't have a card to share today because my granddaughter is with me all day and she's 2 1/2 years old.  Need I say more? Anyhoo, I thought I'd share a tip on generating a sentiment on the computer.  As you may have noticed, a lot of my cards have computer generated sentiments because either I don't have the sentiment or I don't like the style of sentiment that I have… Read More »

Matchbox Messages

I'm part of the Business Stampers Coach Group which is led by John Sanpietro and last week he challenged us to post every day on our blog.  So you will probably be hearing from me a lot more often.  I don't know if I will make cards every day or whether I'll featured other things such as tips, techniques or something interesting I've read on the web. Anyhoo, today's post… Read More »

Manhattan Flower

Today's card is for SCS Limited Supplies Challenge LSC213 which is to use only black and white.    I thought that the Manhattan Flower textured impressions would be perfect for this challenge.   I used whisper white to emboss the flower and then cut it out along one of the edges.  The sentiment is stamped on Black Linen Textured card stock.  I used White craft ink and then heat embossed using White… Read More »
