Wonderland

Invite peace and serenity into your holiday season with pine-adorned cards and scrapbook pages. The images in the Wonderland Stamp Set add gentleness and beauty to any project. I decided to go simple with this stamp set.  I thought it captured the peace and beauty of the night – what do you think?  The technique used for the moon is called masking.  You add a circle (post it note) to… Read More »

Vintage Leaves

Have you noticed the Vintage Leaves Stamp Set in the Holiday Catalog?  It is simply gorgeous!  I used it to send a Happy Anniversary card to my daughter and son-in-law since their anniversary is on 8 October 2015.  The greeting is from the Timeless Love Stamp Set. The line around the card was drawn free hand using the Early Espresso Stampin’ Write Marker.  The leaf was stamped with Pool Party… Read More »

Cheer All Year

Who else is ready for fall?  Enough of summer!     Today’s card features the Cheer all Year Photopolymer Stamp Set and the Into the Wood Designer Series Paper.  I love the richness of the Rich Razzleberry with Mossy Meadow. Wetlands

Time for a masculine card.  I used the Wetlands Stamp Set because I wanted a clean and simple design. Even though the stamp set was made for watercoloring, I decided to go with a monochromatic look.  Love the way the branches look embossed on the background.  I also used the masking technique so that the foliage did not show through the goose. f you need any supplies, visit my Stampin’… Read More »

Circle of Spring

The Circle of Spring Photopolymer Stamp Set is a “spring” card but I thought I would use it as a sympathy card.  Thank-goodness I don’t need one right now but I thought I would make it because I wanted a soft, simple card.  There a “happy birthday” sentiment also in the set, so you can use it for that occasion too!  For today’s’ card, I used the sentiment from Teeny… Read More »

Remarkable You – Stampin’ Up! – Simple Sunday

A quick and easy card for you today using the Remarkable You Clear Mount Stamp Set. I’ve included directions for this card including card measurements when you print off the recipe below (see after signature). Tip:   I used the retired Very Vanilla Seam Binding Ribbon and colored it using the Hello Honey Stampin’ Write Maker.  But I did not color it all the way because the part that is… Read More »

Motley Monsters

My granddaughter, Felicia,  started using Project Life for her School Binders because she loves the stickers and everything in the kit.  In this picture she is using the This is the Life Project Life Kit. I had some left over Motley Monsters Designer Series Paper when I made this card.  It was just too cute to throw away so I decided to make another card but instead of a Halloween… Read More »
