Merry Christmas Boughs of Holly

Good Morning Crafters Today’s card features one of the poinsettias from the Boughs of Holly Designer Series Paper. I paired it with the retired Wrapped in Plaid 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. I do not have the latest/current Christmas stamp sets unless you count the Bundle Up, Peaceful Deer and Kindest Gnomes Stamp Sets. So I’ll be using older ones until I order some new Christmas stamps. I also… Read More »

Peaceful Deer on an Early Morning

Good Morning Crafters It is so beautiful this morning and that’s one of the reasons why I love fall so much. Time for a hike at one of our favorite trails because it has finally started to cool down. In my case, it’s a short hike but I do get out there! For today’s card, I picked the Peaceful Deer Stamp Set. The first thing I did was to create… Read More »

It’s Feeling A Lot Like Christmas!

Good Morning Crafters Back from a whirlwind trip to California! So many places to see and relatives/friends to visit and seven days is just not long enough! I had not visited since 2019 that there was a lot of catching up to do. But I’m home now and so glad to be back. For today’s card, I am using the un-brrr-lievably adorable All Bundled Up Stamp Set. Honestly, the only… Read More »

It’s The Best Time of the Year

You can make a simple silhouette winter scene card in minutes using the Grove Dies and New Horizon Designer Series Paper as the background. To start, die cut the Basic White cardstock with the silhouette die from the Grove Dies. Also die cut one of the small deer with the same cardstock. Adhere the silhouette and deer dies to the background (from New Horizons DSP) using Multipurpose Glue. I then… Read More »

Peaceful Deer for Christmas

I love quick and easy Christmas cards. The Peaceful Deer Stamp Set and Deer Builder Punch by Stampin’ Up! creates a nature filled center fun fold card that is really easy to make. I used the Painted Christmas Designer Series Paper as a background for the card. Here’s the sketch I used to make the card. The deer was stamped with Early Espresso Ink onto Basic White Cardstock. They were… Read More »

It is Definitely Christmas Season!

Christmas is definitely in the air. I’ve finished my Christmas cards (this is the last one), bought all the Christmas gifts (thank goodness for online), decorated my tree and planned the menu for Christmas Day. Left to do? Anxiously awaiting my puppy who will be here on or about 17 December. 🐶 She looks so much like my Sophie who I lost January 2020. This card opens like a book… Read More »
