Happy Easter from Wildly Adorable!

Stampin’ Up!’s Wildly Adorable Stamp Set really is pretty adorable!  After all, who can resist babies dressed up as cuddly animals? For today’s card I combined it with a digital download Easter Basket and the retired Sweet Talk Designer Series Paper. Bunny image was stamped with Basic Gray Ink onto Basic White Thick Cardstock. The basket is from the internet and printed out on my printer. The sentiment (from Easter… Read More »

Driving by in a yellow bug!

The Driving By Stamp Set is such a cute set from the Jan-Feb 2022 Sale-a-Bration Mini Catalog. This one is a keeper! I love it because I had a green bug in the early 1970’s and I absolutely loved that car. I chose the Beetle Bug image for my beautiful daughter, Deena’s, birthday because she also owned a bug and her’s was yellow. I think she had it in the… Read More »

The Gang’s All Meer

This cute adorable stamp set (The Gang’s all Meer) was free with a $50 order during Sale-a-Bration but is no longer available. It is too cute to sell or stick in some dark corner just because it’s retired. I applied Balmy Blue Inker to an acrylic block, added a little water and applied to the top part of the front panel with a retired flat watercolor brush. The bottom is… Read More »

Heartland

Today is my son, Louie’s, birthday. He would have been 55 years old – he died in 1995. After we moved to Arkansas, he enjoyed his frequent visits here and said he would come and live here to be near me. When Stampin’ Up! came up with the image of the little farm boy in the Heartland Stamp Set, I knew I would buy this set and always keep it.… Read More »

Rachel’s Bunnies

I bought this about a month ago and forgot I had it so I have to make one more bunny card. This card is for my granddaughter, Rachel and I hope she likes it. It is a non-SU die set and all those little pieces were die cut and then carefully adhered to the card. I used a mixture of items from different companies including Stampin’ Up! (card stock). I… Read More »

This Little Piggy

Today’s card features the This Little Piggy Stamp Set from the Annual Catalog. It’s one of the cuter whimsical images from the catalog. The image and greetings were stamped with Gray Granite Classic Ink. I then added Clear Emboss Powder and set it with the Heat Gun. Forgetting the ink is water based, I stamped with the ink and then tried coloring it in with an Aqua Painter. The outline… Read More »
