Career Plan Revisions

The Stampin' Up! Career Plan is a collection of programs that determine how you are compensated for the work you do as a demonstrator. It includes compensation (overrides, volume rebates, etc.), programs and incentives (hostess benefits, Stampin' Start, Great Rewards, incentive trip, etc.), and awards (performance bonuses, annual awards).

Exciting changes will be announced over the next several months, and this will be your central location for information on those changes–so check back often!

A simpler program, but more exciting–and potential for more demonstrators to travel with Stampin' Up! Read more about the new Incentive Trip program.

This new program allows an upline leader with holes in her downline organization to be compensated for the work she does as a leader by providing a way for her to earn a rollup of her downline's sales volume on a monthly basis, if she meets the specified requirements. Effective July 1, 2011, the downline leadership requirement to promote to a new title will be adjusted. One of the leadership requirements will be allowed to come anywhere from levels 1 – 5, and a demonstrator's title will count for her next active upline as if she were her first level.
