The beautiful line-art images of women and children in the Beautiful Moments Stamp Set are perfect for watercolor techniques. Use them to make greeting cards to celebrate the women in your life.
This is my last post as a demonstrator. I’ve decided to take a couple of months off to focus on a serious healthy problem. I will be posting when I am able but will not be promoting or selling Stampin’ Up! products at this time. If and when I decide to rejoin Stampin’ Up!, I will let you know. Thank you.
This card is for a special friend who is going through a difficult time. I loved making this card and was so happy with it when it was completed. The lines around the image were free hand using a ruler for the first line and then really free hand as you can see. I used the Basic Black Stampin’ Marker to draw these lines.
The image was colored in using Fresh Freesia Stampin’ Blends for the dress, Mango Melon Stampin’ Blends for the hair, Polished Pink Stampin’ Blends for the flowers and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends for the stems and leaves. I used the New Horizons Designer Series Paper for the envelope flap.
Card Measurements:
- Base Card: Basic White Thick Cardstock (11″ x 4 1/4″)
- Front Panel: Basic White Thick Cardstock (5″ x 3 3/4″)
- White Envelope: Designer Series Paper (6″ x 2 1/4″)
Thanks for stopping by – Have a great weekend!
