The tulips in the Love is Kindess Stamp Set shout Spring! The colors are bright and pop right off the page using ink pads and blender pens.
I wanted a more fancy oval frame so I used a Non-SU oval die. Though you can’t see it in the picture, there is embossing on the scallops.
The image was cut out with our Paper Snips and then added to the oval using Stampin’ Dimensionals to make them pop off the card.
