Studio Sketches

Hi Stampers

Opener
If you want a sophisticated look for handmade greeting cards, the Studio Sketches Stamp Set is the one for you. Images in this set remind me of the still life art.  I'm using it as the 2nd card for the New Techniques class on Friday, 4 March 2011.

Studio-Sketches copy
PearsI used the same technique (markers and alcohol) as yesterday's card.  The colors in the pears just blended in beautifully. I used Daffodil Delight and (what else but) Pear Pizzazz for the coloring of the pears!

This is going to be my favorite way to watercolor from now on!

The pattern paper is from the In-colors Patterns Designer Series Paper Stack.

Thanks for stopping by today

~~Rachel
