Bleaching Upsy Daisy

Hi Stampers

Opener
Today's card features the Bleaching Technique (using your stamps and household bleach) which the ladies will be making on Friday, 1 April 2011.  I know that it's been around for a while but I thought it was time to try it again.  The other card for the New Techniques Class can be found here.

Upsy-Daisy-Mar-2011
I just love the way this turned out.  I stamped the image (from Inspired by Nature Stamp Set) with bleach on Concord Crush Card Stock and the bleached out images match Sahara Sand so I decided to use Sahara Sand Card Stock as the base card.  The brads are from the5/16 Neutrals Brads collection and the pattern paper is from the In-Color Designer Series Paper Patterns Stack.

Tip:

If you are anal like me then everything has to matched.  I colored the light part of the ribbon with the Sahara Sand Stampin' Write Marker to coordinate with the rest of the card.

Class Notes:

Because I was gone to California for a week and forgot to put up the paypal link for the class, I'm extending the registration due date to 28 March 2011.

You can pay via paypal or check.  If you send a check, it must reach me before Thursday, 31 March 2011.  Send me an e-mail when you mail the check.
