Established Elegance

Hi Stampers

The Big Shot Class is over and as promised, here is the recipe for the Established Elegance Card & 3D projects:

Established-Elegance-and-Pe copy

Isn't this card beautiful?  It's from page 125 of the 2011/2012 Idea Book & Catalog.  I basically cased it but made a couple of changes to make it my own.  Though it doesn't look to be part of Shelli's collection, to me it does scream "Shelli!"

Established-Elegance

Established EleganceThe images are from the Established Elegance Stamp Brush Set.  The 10-piece Established Elegance Stamp Brush Set is perfect for adding a vintage flair to your designs in the form of focal images or subtle elements.

I embossed the front of the card using the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder and used Rich Razzleberry 3/8" Taffeta Ribbon (retired) in lieu of the Certain Celery 3/8" Taffeta Ribbon.  Instead of sewing on the Chantilly 1/2" Crochet Trim (as shown in the catalog), I used Sticky Strip to attached it to the card.  The scallop circle was made using First Edition Specialty Designer Series Paper and Scallop Circle Bigz Die

Petite-Pocket-Front

Petite PocketsThe gift card holder was made using the Petite Pockets Bigz XL Die.  Use this adorable pocket to enclose small, thoughtful gifts and delightful surprises!  Like the card, I embossed it using the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder.

Petite-Pocket-Back

If you notice, the top of the flap has a 1/8" depth – I added an extra score line.  Just in case I wanted to add a candy bar instead of a gift card!   I used brads from the Vintage Trinkets and Linen Thread for the closure.

Thanks for stopping by today
