Hello Crafty Friends!

- Black Friday Sale (ongoing)
- Cyber Monday Paper Pumpkin (starts Dec 1)
- Product of the Month (starts Dec 1)
For this heartwarming holiday card, I combined the beautiful cardinals and winter birds from the gorgeous Nests of Winter Designer Series Paper. This design feels both elegant and cozy – exactly what I hope for in my Christmas cards.

I start by taking my Basic White cardstock (11″ x 4¼”) and folding it in half, using my Bone Folder to create a nice sharp crease. Then I attach a layer of Garden Green cardstock (5⅜” x 4⅛”) to my base card.
Next, I cut a strip of the striped pattern paper from the Nests of Winter Designer Series Paper pack (4″ x ⅞”) and attach it to the left side of my card front. I love how this adds that perfect pop of pattern!

For my focal point, I die cut a circle from Basic White Thick cardstock using the Spotlight on Nature Dies. I attach this to the front of my card with Stampin’ Dimensionals for some nice dimension. Then comes my favorite part – I fussy cut the beautiful cardinal image from the bird pattern paper in the Nests of Winter DSP and attach it to my white circle with liquid glue.

Using the Peaceful Seasons Stamp Set, I stamp my sentiment with Basic Black ink onto a piece of Basic White cardstock (3½” x ½”). I die cut it using the coordinating die from the Delightful Wishes Dies, then add a strip of Real Red Cotton Ribbon underneath the sentiment before attaching it to my card front.
To finish the front, I add a trio of berries from the Cherry Cobbler & Pearl Adhesive-Back Berries to the tree branch, plus three individual berries scattered on the card front for extra sparkle.

For the inside, I add a strip of the same striped pattern to the left side of my Basic White layer (5¼” x 4″), and I even add some of that pattern paper to my envelope flap to tie everything together beautifully.
