Hello my Stampin’ Friends!
Since this is my granddaughter’s first birthday as a mother, I decided to include the baby in the card design. I used a free graphic image from the internet for the mother and child illustration, but everything else on the card is from Stampin’ Up!

This beautifully crafted card features a touching mother and baby illustration framed within a rounded arch design created using Stampin’ Up!’s Everyday Arches Dies. The central image depicts a tender moment between a mother with flowing brown hair and her infant, both illustrated in a gentle, artistic style. The mother’s dress features delicate pink floral accents that coordinate perfectly with the card’s overall theme. Above this heartwarming scene, the sentiment “Happy Birthday Felicia” curves elegantly, personalizing this special greeting. The main panel is die-cut with decorative stitching around its border, adding refined detail.

The arch-shaped card is constructed with a vibrant Strawberry Slush cardstock frame that creates a perfect backdrop for the layered elements. Between the outer frame and the central image panel sits a layer of Floral Impressions Designer Series Paper featuring a pattern of pink and purple cosmos flowers with green foliage. This middle layer adds depth and texture while complementing the floral elements in the mother’s dress. A small dimensional floral embellishment in the lower left corner of the main panel enhances the dimensional quality of the card.

This thoughtfully designed card would make a meaningful birthday greeting for a new mother, celebrating both her special day and the precious bond with her child. The arch shape and floral theme create an almost chapel-like frame that elevates the sentimental image at the center.

The card’s interior features a clean white writing space with decorative stitching, framed by the same floral patterned paper used on the front. A single pink flower accent in the lower right corner adds a delicate touch while leaving plenty of room for a personal message. The Strawberry Slush Cardstock frame maintains the card’s elegant arch design. The coordinating envelope visible at the bottom of the image features the same Floral Impressions Designer Series Paper on its flap, creating a cohesive presentation. The cosmos flower pattern continues across the envelope, tying together the entire design.
