I cased this card from page 34 of the Journey Holidays Catalog. No stamp set involved because the greeting was printed out on Word.
The background was created by sponging the Light Blue from the Confectionary Days PanPastels with the Fusion Ink Sponges. I sponged the top of the card a little darker than at the bottom of the card stock. I then added a splatter of Whip Cream Ink, first diluting it with Fusion Blender, and picking up the end with a Blending Brush and splattering it on the card stock.
I die cut 3 wreaths with the Medallion Wreath Die. I added a touch of frost to the wreath by dabbing a little Journey Modeling Paste to the edges to create a snowy effect.
The rhinestones were colored red using a Sharpie.
