Why I love Stampin’ Up!

By | July 5, 2010

Good Morning Stampers

I terrible thing happened to me on Thursday.  My Big Shot broke!  I used that thing constantly especially with the newest embossing  folder available which is the Vintage Wallpaper.

Big-shot

As you can see my embossing folder (Vintage Wallpaper) is stuck in there with no way to remove it without taking the Big Shot apart.

Stripped

In the last few days, I was having a hard time cranking the handle even with it was empty.  It was making all sorts of noises and the handle was turning with a jerky motion.

But because I was desperate to get my cards done for the New Catalog party,  I was using it even when it started making louder and louder noises.  I keep forcing the handle and I guess I stripped the gears.  The last time, the folder would not go all the way through and it's stuck in there!

I called DS on Friday morning and they are replacing it, including the folder!!!  This is the best company ever.  Anyone else would have wanted a receipt or told me to call the manufacturer directly!  They were able to pull up my records and took down all the information and shipped one out to me that day!  It was sent priority shipping so I should get it either Tuesday or Wednesday.
