For today’s project, it’s a shabby chic type of card using the gorgeous Eden’s Garden and Forever Fern Stamp Sets with the coordinated Flourishing Fern Dies. Today’s beautiful weather in our area calls for such a card.
I was in a mood to make a shabby chic and spring like card and one that would make you say, “Oh, pretty” when you say it.
The focal blossom image was stamped with Poppy Parade Ink and the second blossom image was stamped off before stamping. They were both fussy cut with the Paper Snips.
The leaves were stamped with Granny Apple Green Ink and die cut the coordinating Flourishing Ferns dies. The quilted background as created with an old embossing folder (not Stampin’ Up!).
Thanks for stopping by today – have a great week!
Your card is stunning, Rachel. I love the colors and variety of stems you used, white twine, ribbon, and gems. So beautiful! Enjoy your week!
Thank you Hilda. I was really happy with the way this card came out. Glad you liked it!
