What Walmart, Hobby Lobby and Michael’s won’t provide

Even though we all like to save money, lack of customer service cannot make up for the money you save.  Next time you make a craft purchase at a big box store, ask yourself these questions:

  1. Will they show me how to use my new toy?
  2. Next month, can I ask them a question about my new toy?
  3. Will they give more specific information about my brand new toy?
