Today’s card features the Too Cute Stamp Set and is in response to the Inking My Way team weekly challenge.

The little girl image was stamped with Black Licorice Fusion Ink onto Whip Cream Card Stock. It was then colored in using the Journey Color Splash Watercolor Pencils.

I used the Blue Lagoon Reinker and a Blending Brush to add the splattering on the circle background. I tapped the brush very quickly and lightly.
