The Too Cute is such an adorable stamp set.
The teen image was colored in using the following reinkers (Cool Pool, Bubble Gum, Summer Days, and Rock Candy). I mixed a little of the reinkers with the Fusion Blender solution ad colored in the images using our Blending Brush.
The rhinestones on the front give it a little bling!
