Today’s card features The Wilderness Awaits and was made for my brother, Bobby.
I saw a neat tip in a video by Sara Douglas using the reinker for watercoloring. I thought it was such a great idea – much better than putting the reinker in the lid of the ink pad. By putting it on a clear block, you don’t mess up the lids of the ink pad.
The fox was water-colored in Calypso Coral Classic Reinker using an Aqua Painter on Watercolor Paper. Areas on the fur were darkened with Soft Suede Classic Reinker. The area above the fox was lightly colored in with Pool Party Classic Reinker.
The greeting is from the Guy Greetings Stamp Set. The background was die cut using a non-SU die.
