The Prom

I first saw the template for this dress on Patty's Stamping Spot (Patty Bennett).   I thought it was adorable and decided to make a spring dress out of it.  The dress reminds me of a dress I wore to my prom when I was in high school.  Of course, it's been years since I've been able to wear a strapless dress (LOL). 

The dress was punched out using the Scallop Circle Die (113468)  ($19.95) and mounted using Stampin' Dimensionals on the oval background made with the Framed Oval Scallop  (114521) $19.95.
