This is the Seasonal Scattered Clear Mount Stamp Set from the Holiday Catalog.

I used the Delicate Designs Embossing Folder on the upper and lower part of the card to give the card front a little more interest.
The image was colored in using the Tangelo Twist and Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Write Markers.  Love those names!  I added the sequins from the Gold Sequin Trim.
Tip:  It’s easier to add the drop of liquid glue to the card stock (place it where you want the sequins) then adding it to the sequins and trying to place it on the card stock.    I’ve had the sequin fall on the card stock in the place I didn’t want it to be and make a mess!
