Good Afternoon Crafters!
I found this Designer Series Paper from Stampin’ Up! when I was reorganizing my paper to accommodate the new DSP I purchased recently. I came across this DSP without a label or other pieces to identify it and I decided to make a card with it because I loved the small flowers on one side of the DSP.
After cutting out my frames I decided to go with the gingham side of the DSP. Ha, ha – go figure!
The image was stamped with Tuxedo Black Ink onto Basic White Thick Cardstock and colored in with the following stampin’ blends:
- Rich Razzleberry for the large flower
- Fresh Freesia for the medium flowers
- Daffodil Delight for the small flowers
- Granny Apple Green for the leaves
The frames are from the Stitched Rectangle Dies and were attached to the card with the Adhesive Strips. The background layer was embossed with the Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder to give it a little definition and the sentiment was stamped with Tuxedo Black Ink and then fussy cut with the Paper Snips.
When I attached to floral image and sentiment, I also used the Adhesive Strips so that everything was the same height.
Inside of the card.
And of course, no naked envelope for me!😊
Thanks again for stopping by and spending a bit of your time with me. I hope you enjoyed learning about how this card came together. Hopefully you were even inspired just a bit.
